The Building Safety Act 2022 was created as a result of the Grenfell Tower Fire that occurred on16th June 2017
The BSA has had a profound impact on the construction industry and in particular, higher-risk buildings – buildings above 7 storeys or 18m and have two or more residential units.
This significant piece of legislation is extensive, complex and has affected a raft other other laws and regulations.
